Services

  • We provide live streaming, filming, editing, and related services for weddings, events, sports, classes, and business conferences.

  • We are not responsible for disruptions caused by factors outside our control (e.g. poor internet at venue, third-party platform outages).

Bookings & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

  • Remaining balances must be paid before or on the agreed date of service.

  • Cancellations within 30 days of the event may be charged in full.

Intellectual Property

  • Island Films retains copyright in all video/audio unless otherwise agreed.

  • Clients are granted personal or commercial usage rights as specified in their contract.

Liability

  • While we take every care to ensure seamless delivery, Island Films is not liable for force majeure events (power cuts, weather, strikes, government restrictions).

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the booking fee paid.

Confidentiality

  • Any sensitive event details shared with us remain confidential.

  • Recorded footage will not be shared publicly without the client’s consent (unless required by law).

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus and any disputes will be handled under Cyprus jurisdiction.
